Member Registration Fees
Please note that only SEAS and International Attachment Network (IAN) members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. Please contact the society directly with any queries about your membership subscription.
The registration fee includes:
• Attendance at all sessions and entry to the exhibition area
• Delegate Bag and Conference Materials
• Welcome Reception
Payment of Registration Fees
Payment can be made at the time of registering by credit or debit card, and we accept card payments by VISA, VISA Debit, Delta and MasterCard only.
Full payment must be received in full prior to the conference. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline. If payment is not received at this time, your registration rate will automatically be changed to standard registration and the higher fee will be due. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing email@example.com
Please note that your bank transaction payment will show the reference ‘Propolis’ instead of ‘IAC’. This is an internal error and we can confirm that your payment has credited to the IAC Conference. We are working with our merchant providers to have this matter resolved.
To register as a student you must be a full time under or post-graduation student. We will require further proof of your student status; this can be a scan of your student identification card or a letter from your university (acceptance letter or matriculation letter) you will be asked to upload this during the registration process, if you cannot upload it please email it to IAC2017@in-conference.org.uk
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please ensure you receive an acknowledgement. A refund less £40 administration fee will be provided on cancellations received on or before 19th May 2017. No refunds will be made after this date.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of the IAC 2017 Organising Committee, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered. IAC will not be liable for any other travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants. Delegates must arrange their own insurance and ensure that suitable and adequate insurance has been arranged.
We are delighted to welcome colleagues from overseas to our conference. Delegates should be aware that for many countries a visa will be required to travel into the UK. For advice on UK Visas, please visit the UK Home Office and Foreign & Commonwealth Office website at www.ukvisas.gov.uk, for detailed information and advice.
Should an official letter of invitation be required for your visa application, this is available on request from In Conference for delegates who have registered and paid in full.
Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.
